We’ve popped down to Jim’s parents’ holiday house on the coast of south Cornwall for the long weekend, leaving behind the roasty-toasty 26-degree heat of London…for the gray skies and drizzle of Cornwall. Ah well.
It may not be quite as blue skied as last Easter (see above), but so far we’re enjoying sitting by the fire watching copious amounts of Six Feet Under and downing cups of tea and homemade brownies. Thankfully there’s internet down here — it’s actually faster than our London connection! — and my knitting is (still) keeping me busy.
