		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more, Kat. I touched on it briefly in my post on Ada Lovelace day last week (here if you feel like reading: http://www.sianyland.com/2010/03/ada-lovelace-day-2010.html). 

There might be a problem in the industry, but instead of moaning about it, and emphasising it even further, I wish women would carry on doing well in their career and concentrating on that. That&#039;s more inspirational to women than the ratio of men to women in a company.</description>
